Signature screen
Please. PLEASE disable iPhone swipe gestures on the signature screen. Add a line or an x where they sign and lessen the space at the top where it says signature! Also everything else works fine 30% of the time. Haven’t been able to use the logout button in weeks. Have to tap get deliveries and swap locations to trick it into logging out and in…. Sometimes.

Worst app I have ever used
This is ridiculous. The app used to workfine. They push an update and now it is literally unable to perform, if you have any choice at all use another delivery app. 👎👎👎
No fix in sight
Every time RedSaid does something to the app it gets worse. I can’t understand why they can’t fix this app. It worked when I first transitioned over to PioneerRx in 2021, but since then it has gone downhill! Please fix, rather than save time for our divers it increases and it’s costing us more money.

Makes every task more difficult
This is the worst designed app that I have ever used, directions rarely work, deliveries don’t sync, delivery photos don’t save, it crashes every other day, It’s makes me want a pen and paper.
Horrible reviews are correct
Easily one of the least intuitive and worst designed app I have ever used. Every update the impossible happens and the app gets worse.

Frustration City
With each passing update this app gets harder to use and SLOWER!! That’s the kicker because it sets back our drivers since they have to wait forever to load each receipt number in :(
Awful update
It needs to go back like it was. This new update is awful. It doesn’t have the name of who is logged in, and everything is so small, you need a magnifying glass to see it.

Do not use
Was a good app, but the past 8 months the worst ever. Why can’t they test before releasing it to the stores. I need to change from pioneer ASAP, the cost is not worth the headache for me or my team members!
Every update makes it worse.
Every update that has been made to this app has made the app worse and worse. It is now less responsive and more sluggish than ever before. The only issue they ever solved was the “completion” of deliveries but everything else got worse.

They keep pushing updates that are gradually making it harder and harder to use. Can’t even use the map with this latest update(July 2025) and it CONSTANTLY CRASHES. The app was at least usable before this last update but it seems like they’ve implemented features to make it harder for the user while accidentally making the whole app very unstable. It was completely fine before!! Completely atrocious coding and app design! Do better!

Waste of my time
App is useless
Last update is trash!
For about 2 weeks now this app hasn’t been working properly! Tried to get help & the help didn’t know what to do! So frustrating! FIX THE PROBLEMS ASAP!!!!

This update removed functionality
This update is a huge step backwards. Can no longer edit the route order manually. The map now still shows completed stops which adds to the confusion. On the map when selecting a number, it used to show the address which was very helpful, now it shows the receipt number which is not helpfull
