Worst app performance on my iphone
Literally it is the worst performance I have seen on an iphone app. All sections take ages to load, even on broadband connections (either wifi or 5G). I have heard most parents complaining, not sure if the devs intend to fix it or we should ask the school to switch to another app.

Aplicatia nu merge. Nu se deschid alertele, se invarte rotita aia de zor pana te apucs toti nervii pentru ca nu se deshid mesajele de la scoala. Tot istoricul e sters. Am incercat sa reinstalez aplicatia, m-am relogat, nimic. Nu recomand.
Merge cu chiu cu vai
In teorie, este aplicatia de la scoala copiilor, deci ar trebui sa functioneze ca sa fiu la curent cu toate comunicarile scolii. Pe langa faptul ca la ultimul update s-a sters tot istoricul, nici acum dupa ce au facut anumite modificari nici macar nu se deschide.
amazing but needs improving
This app is really good and the other comment is not true just because you dont get notifications you can just click on the app dont be lazy (i get notifications) i want this app to be improved because sometimes logs me out but all the other things are great
Never opens
Like, ever.
Useless
Notifications have never worked. The amount of communications I have missed because of this. This app seriously needs redevelopment. The UI is slow and uneasy to use. I’m asking my school to suggest using a different platform.
Great school app
Very happy with this app to get communications from my daughter’s school. It’s great. Works well without being too fussy.

Awful user experience, unusable. Takes forever to load information.

Had the app for a year. Fantastic, user friendly, great for getting info out to parents.
Useless
The app won’t let me put in lunch orders, sends me error messages constantly and unregisters my account on a daily basis. This means I am not receiving important personal information from the school. Totally useless.
Not great
Often takes an age to load, or crashes. Every few months the forms stop working and I have to delete it and reload. A right faff

Absolutely hopeless! Notifys me of a message then when I click on it it completely disappears! I’m missing out on extremely important updates from my kids school.
Privacy concerns
The ap works fine for me but I am v concerned about the lack of a need for passwords or sign in or verification of even having a child at a school. In theory I could sign in to any school without having a child- and view all their information and photos. This is really a considerable oversight, in my view and needs to be addressed. I’m surprised that schools have taken this on given the lack of information security for their pupils.

Worst app ever I can never use it because it doesn’t even work at all. I HATE this app it is the WORST
Not good enough - crashes at the worst time
During a global pandemic and under lockdown conditions it’s more important than ever that schools can communicate with parents of the pupils.
So I can see from the push notification that there is an important update from our kids’ head teacher.
Can I read it?
NO. The app repeatedly crashes when I try to do so.
This is simply unacceptable.
Fix this amateur app or give the schools their money back.
(For those wondering, it doesn’t matter if you’re on the latest version of iOS or not, it still fails)
