About
Calculate pipe offsets, fitting take-outs, and cut lengths with guided steps made for pipefitters, steamfitters, plumbers, and sprinkler fitters. PipeCalc works on iPhone and iPad, and its calculators work without an internet connection.
OFFSET LAYOUT
Calculate simple or rolling offsets from your measurements and fitting angle. Labeled diagrams explain offset, roll, rise, run, and center-to-center travel. Continue directly from a completed layout to the Cut Length tab.
CUT LENGTH
Use Detailed mode for a center-to-center span with independently selected fittings at each end. Choose nominal pipe size and joint type, review automatic take-outs, enter manual values or overrides, and inspect the full cut-length ledger. Quick mode combines a two-fitting offset and cut-length calculation for matching fittings.
FITTING TAKE-OUTS
Look up or calculate center-to-end take-outs for long-radius, short-radius, 3D-radius, and threaded elbows. For buttweld elbows, compare catalog and computed values where available and calculate heel and throat cut-back for trimmed angles.
SLOPE & DATA
Calculate drain slope, review pipe outside diameter, wall thickness, inside diameter, weight, and volume, lay out parallel offsets, or solve a right triangle.
SAVE AND SHARE
Save calculations to local history and share a result through the iOS share sheet. Choose imperial or metric units, set fraction and decimal precision, and save custom take-out presets.
PAY ONCE, WORK OFFLINE
No account, ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Calculation history, presets, and settings are stored locally on your device.
REFERENCE AID
PipeCalc performs standard pipefitting trigonometry and uses published fitting dimensions. Actual fitting dimensions vary by manufacturer; always measure the fittings you are installing. Verify all cut lengths before cutting. PipeCalc is not a substitute for approved drawings or the judgment of a qualified fitter.
