Very disappointed, it says,, new character is coming soon,, it has been over 1 year !!! That is why I stopped playing, it gets boring after a while without new chapters to play

I downloaded the game because it said no ads, they just did an update and looks like there are ads now. Deleting.
Game paused at level 30 over 6 months ago
They game is really cool, it’s visually appealing and the storyline is fun and entertaining. However, once I reached level 30 the storyline was paused and it says that a new release will come out soon. But it’s been over 6 months since that and still nothing.

Internet issues
The game say my internet connection is lost but it still gives me a full ad. So my internet connection is fine. Please fix this issue so we can progress in the story.
Updates between levels take forever
I actually like this game when it’s updated. The problem being stuck for months on end because the game is maxed out waiting for new levels.

I love playing this game but waiting over 6 months for the game to update to move on to another location on the map! Messaged the in game support twice and no response! What is going on?

Where are promised updates?
Without the promised story updates it’s just like the other games. Not worth playing without the story updates or paying for the annual subscription
Disappointing
At level 445 the player forced to buy something or else they can't continue playing anymore. So no. Deleted. And definitely not worth it.
