It crashes on start up shows logging me in but then crashes I haven’t been able to play for almost a weeks

I have been enjoying the game but haven’t been able to open it for 2 days now. It gets to the log in screen and closes the app every time!
Game not working
Game is fine but it no longer opens. Everytime I try to open the game it just crashes, I’ll change my review once issue is fixed

got my account wiped
My account is named “Markham D.Ersa” and i lost my account for some reason. Just woke up and my account got wiped. Can we please address this? your website for customer service is disfunctional, and i dont have discord. I would like to know what happened to my account and log back into it. Ive logged into the account via Apple so i know its safe somewhere somehow. Thanks for understanding and hopefully you get back to me soon.

Game bug reporting issues
I encountered a bug where i was not getting credit for a sky dial task. When i went through the customer service tab to report it, they tell you what you need to report the bug but dont give you a way to actually submit the information requested.

The game is not horrible it is new but I’m not sure if it’s a continuation of voyage the grand fleet over all solid a little hard and hit some brick walls but not to bad
