Annoyed that the app deleted my account

The app deleted all of my info and made me log in under my old account and I lost all of my progress! Sadly, that was years of playing lost. I want to get my old account back! Also, now there is a constant ad at the bottom of the screen! Annoying. Makes me want to delete the app.
