The service soul purpose is to “facilitate” the pick-up ordering procedure. I am only speaking in reference for the Old San Juan establishment. This establishment does not let you order by phone so the customer is obligated to order via the mobile application which is not only excluding people without a smartphone but the application itself does not want to work properly, making the service a step back from the traditional phone call ordering. Most of the time, the application does not load the views for the selected item, hence, making the order impossible to complete. Unable to complete my order I had to drive to the establishment, order the take out and wait for the pizza. The template needs an update, asap. Fewer buffoons, more engineers.
