What's New in Pit Wall
2.4.0
October 27, 2026
Pit Wall 2.4 puts a race engineer on the radio. NEW • Voice coach (Pro+): an engineer who talks to you while you drive. In practice: your lap time and how far off your best, the corner where the time went and why (braked early, a slower apex, a gear off), a corner to work on and when it's sorted. In races: the start, laps or minutes to go, lap times, fuel and when to box, your pit stop times, places gained and lost, and the flag with how many places you made up. It's on for Pro+; Settings → Voice turns it off in practice or in races and sets the radio sound, the fuel updates and extra calls for sector times, tyre temperatures, lock-ups and wheelspin. On iPhone, iPad and Android your music dips while it talks. • Coach (Pro+): YOUR BEST CORNERS, your best take of every corner across your sessions in the same car on the same track, and BRAKING INTO THE CORNER, how you trail the brake into a corner and let it off, against your best. • Corner numbers: the official turns and their names on the maps and in the coach for famous circuits (Senna S, Eau Rouge, the Casio Triangle…), and numbered corners on many more tracks. • Analysis, made to watch the track while you read the data: tap the map or drag your car along it and every chart follows; every corner under the map, one tap zooms the charts and the map to it, red or green where the other lap lost or gained; both laps' values in one panel; the arrow keys step from corner to corner. • Compare: press play to race two laps at their own pace and watch the gap open on the track, by time or by distance, the map following lap A or lap B. • Replay: a lap's corners, LOOP to play a corner over and over, and your pit stops on the slider, the charts and the map. • Zoom the Analysis charts along the lap, and put any board widget on the whole screen. WHAT CHANGED • The Analysis map stays beside the charts on tablets, Macs and phones held sideways (left or right, your choice); lap times and figures in one low row; Compare's fuel folds away at the end. • Both Fuel charts show their values when you tap or point at them. • A session that went on to another track shows one track at a time, and the next recording now starts on its own. • A game screen left frozen after a race or a qualifying is no longer recorded as driving; older sessions are cleaned when you open them. • Pit stops start at the pit lane entry and show the box where you were served. • Buying from an offer: the spinner shows on the button you tapped.
