Straight up doesn’t work
Can’t even get it to send my phone a verification code to even OPEN the app...so sad
Wrong App
I too cannot get this app to work. The server at my store told me I must have the Canadian version of a rogue app!? What??? This really is inconvenient, we have all these points from the old “punch” card we can’t access, nor can we add our new points, simply because everything went digital & no one knows how to help us fix the issue.

11/12/19 Should’ve noticed the rating before I tried! Can’t get a phone verification. Saw no signs in the restaurant advertising any app or rewards program. Deleting and hope I didn’t just give my number away. 😡

App does not work. They got my phone number and never took me any fort her. If blind calls increase, I’m blaming them!
Trying to get code for app
Won’t give me a text with a code for membership. Tried several times. Not sure if ill still get points.

Horrible app from the beginning. SMS code to set up account does not work, locations near me do not populate only from other countries, sad to see that the company shared an email marketing the app....

Fix the app! I really wanted to get a gift card for someone and the app doesn’t work. Very frustrating

App won’t even send me a verification code to get started. Seems like there is a lot of bugs that need fixed. I was told by my local pita pit to download the app in order to utilize the points I accumulated on my pit card and now I can’t even do that if the app isn’t working properly. Tech needs to figure it out! I deleted the app because there was no point of keeping something that wasn’t working.

Useless but they have a new app
This one is useless....you have to download “Pita Pack” instead.
Doesn’t work
I have points for at least two free pita’s on my “Pit Card” but this new app won’t work well enough for me to move them over.
App keeps asking for my phone number then says it can’t send a verification code because I’m not connected to the internet (tried on two different WiFi networks and on five bars of LTE with the same issue).
Bring back the physical cards until this app can be improved.

Horrible App!!
App doesn’t work. Gift card useless
I received a gift card and can’t use it because it is requiring the app that doesn’t work! How frustrating. I like their food but this is awful. Now I need to debate telling the person who bought me the card to dispute the charge with their credit card.
SMS Doesn’t work
I was told to download this app to use my reward points instead of my card but I never receive the verification text. Tried to send it multiple times and nothing. So I’m out my points and gaining new ones without verification.
