Payment options suck
The payment options only let you pay with Apple Pay and even then it only allows credit cards for payment and not debit cards

Payment Won’t Process
This app is great but won’t process any payments so I can’t use it. I’ve tried multiple cards and Apple Pay and nothing seems to work.
Bad app can’t log in
The app givens me invalid token error every time I try and log in. Useless & frustrating!

I don’t know why this app let me order food from a location that was closed. I wanted to order something for my lunch at work and because the transaction went through, I was expecting to have something to eat for lunch.
AND I usually can’t even order from the app when the location IS open because my address is “too far” and they “can’t deliver” even though I ordered delivery to that same address more than once before.

Not worth it
Loved the idea of the app but honestly not worth it. Most location don’t allow the deals or coupons that head office offers. The only good thing is ordering ahead so you don’t have to wait. Besides that, literally useless
New update is terrible
I don’t understand why you’ve taken away the “Created By You” section in the new version of the app. It’s now incredibly limited and it’s made the app completely useless for me as I don’t like any of your quick picks or the items in the Created 4 You section. Very disappointed I now have to order in person. Boo.

Terrible experience
I placed an order that never arrived. When I called the store, they said the food was ready but no one came to pick it up for delivery. The store couldn’t cancel the order or contact anyone to fix the issue. There’s no customer support number—only an email that hasn’t been answered. No refund, no food, no help.

Pita pit great
Love Pita pit. Everything is great and fresh
Option for toasted pitas gone?
I like using the app to order and usually it goes very smoothly. However, today when I did it I noticed that the option to make a pita toasted is no longer there. I ordered my usual order today which is saved in my favourites as toasted (the only change I made was the size of the pita) but it came not toasted and I noticed on the receipt it didn’t say toasted. I tried to manually create a pita the same as I’d usually get and noticed that the option for toasted was gone from all sizes. I even checked for multiple locations in my area and none of them would let me specify a toasted pita in the app.
If that was intentional then I’ll probably never use the app again. Can’t say I’m a fan of not being able to have wraps/sandwiches toasted 🤷♀️

I can login but I keep getting errors and it won’t send me an email to verify my account. Got an email saying I have 400 points, but app saying 0.
