The app has received several cool new features in a short time. Now it has polyphonic & accuracy modes, as well as transpose buttons for instruments that aren’t “concert-pitched”. It’s quick and intuitive, showing the pitch value over time on a scrolling x/y grid. Pitch diagram can be used for ear training to help with learning to match pitch, and for singers and wind players to help with note stability, and it provides a powerful visual framework for young learners. This is an extraordinarily useful monophonic spectrographic tuner. Not only is it quick and intuitive as a general tuner, it is also versatile. The new Note Accuracy mode provides more precision for sources that are more stable. The regular pitch diagram can be used for ear training to help with matching pitch, and for singers and wind players to help with note stability, and it provides a powerful visual framework for young learners.
