It's a shame you feel that way. Pitch Pals is designed as a playful introduction to pitch and notation for young children and is intended to complement, not replace, music teaching. We've received positive feedback from music educators, schools and teachers using it with younger learners. While the "Find the Note" game can help develop pitch memory, its main purpose is to strengthen listening skills and understanding of pitch relationships. Many children using the app are learning music for the first time, and our focus is on making those early musical concepts engaging and accessible. I'm sorry to hear your child didn't get on with Pitch Pals at first. Every child is different and it can sometimes take a little bit of time to get used to. But I'm even sorrier you got charged without expecting it! We offer a 1 week free trial and send a reminder email 2 days before it expires. If you email: support@halooda.com or contact us through the parents area in the app, it would be great to understand more about how your child interacted with the app to see if we can make any improvements

A few minutes a day that truly make a difference
We only spend a few minutes a day on the app, and even in that short time, I can already see such a beautiful evolution. Her confidence, her engagement, the way she interacts with the activities, everything has changed in the best way.
What surprises me the most is how simple it is to fit into our routine. As a mom, that means everything to me. And honestly, I’m just as enchanted by Pitch Pals as she is. It became one of those little daily moments we truly look forward to.
