Review on Customer Service

So I downloaded this app for my Yamaha p125 but for some reason it did not work. However, I contacted for help and the immediate response was extremely appreciated and the individual was very willing to help. Although we had failed, the individual taught me how to get a refund and offered extra service to help me.

I warn that the app could not work 100% of the time, but the customer service alone gets it up to a 4 star. :)
