Great food ordering simulator
Waited two hours and nothing showed up. App just forwards order to restaurant, there is no order or driver tracking. It is also unclear in the app if driver gets any of the tips.

Don’t order ahead of time
Ordered for 1:00-1:15 pickup. Arrived at 1:10. The pickup line had people ordering so had to wait. Got my food and it was completely room temperature.
Wants my address
But won't let me type in those fields...
Shame on you
Every time the app updates I have to re enter my address, which is harder than it has to be because you don't do basic things like auto-filling city and state from the zip code. App 101. And even though you don't store my delivery address, and make me login to Facebook again (?!?!? What app does this?), you DO store my credit card info which is the one thing I would be ok re-entering. On top of that, there's no way to delete old cards. Oh and the default card changes.
This is just lazy and inexcusable. An otherwise decent and clean app is marred by UX mistakes from 2010. (far more with the menu than I feel like typing out - seriously do one pass with a half decent designer and you could fix all of this in a day)

I love this restaurant. And the new location in Pasadena is great. Our first time here tonight. Nice !! Downloaded the app and see that it is for ordering only. Please add restaurant menus, locations, info, etc. then it will be 5 star :-)
Simple app but with back end issues
Super simple and quick to place an order. Unfortunately every time I've ordered for pickup ChowNow emails me that it's going to take 70mins +. This is always incorrect and then I have to call to figure out the actual time (usually 15mins) and explain that I'm just picking up and don't need delivery.

Pitfire pizza app
Don't use this app! It's terrible. When you go to check out, it comes up with a error message saying State minimum of 2 letters is required. You have chosen the state from their drop down menu already. So your order doesn't go through. Total fail!
If I wanted to order pizza over the phone, I would have moved back to 1985.

My new favorite pizza place but...
The app is annoying. Just got it in hopes of perusing the menu, but the app is only functional during business hours. Am I missing something? Please add a way to look at the menu anytime.
