Device is great. Hates to connect to your phone.
It does a good job even though it refuses to connect. The connection is so finicky. I have it as a bluetooth device in my list, but does it connect? Nope. App doesn’t see it. Absolute garbage connectivity. At least the device itself works. I’d love to find something similar that actually connected to my phone.

Hard to stay connected...that’s enough for what it’s designed to do.
Great addition to the IQ130
Once connected it works great. Occasional line drops have been recovered easily once you are notified by the lost signal alarm.
The probe temps are very accurate and the app is very stable. I gave away my IQ120 because of this app and the IQ130 availability.
My only thought on shortcomings is that it would be nice to include an integrated timer / stopwatch feature even-though the iPhone has one built in.

Connectivity
Used it 3x and this is 2nd time it dropped connection and won't reconnect. Last time I left it trying to reconnect when I went to bed after hours of trying and it was working when I got up. Rebooting phone doesn't work, reloading or reinstalling the app doesn't work. The blower is great but the app is buggy.
