PitPanel is the mobile companion app for workshops using the PitPanel management platform. For vehicle owners, PitPanel makes it easy to stay connected with your workshop, manage vehicles, follow service progress, and receive important updates from your phone. Vehicle owners can: • View vehicles and service history • Update vehicle mileage • Upload profile and vehicle photos • Request services with preferred dates and notes • Track request status and workshop progress • View detailed worksheets and completed services • Receive push notifications for important updates • Review, accept, or reject workshop budgets • Browse and reserve used parts made available by the workshop • View workshop locations, contacts, opening hours, and directions • Receive maintenance recommendations based on mileage and schedule • Choose light, dark, or system theme • Choose English or Portuguese Technicians can: • View assigned jobs and active worksheets • Open worksheet details and checklist progress • Add worksheet media • Log labor/time information • Search parts from the workshop catalog • Receive job-related notifications PitPanel uses license-based workshop activation before login, ensuring each user connects to the correct workshop environment. Access is role-based, so clients and technicians only see the information available to their account. To get started: 1. Download PitPanel 2. Enter or scan your workshop license 3.
