App not adding tickets to apple wallet
For multiple weeks, the app has not permitted me to download tickets to my Apple wallet. Instead I need to open the website in a browser. It defeats the purpose of having an app.

Transferred Tickets is a Nightmare
No instructions on how to transfer. It says tickets are through ticketmaster and the tickets don't show in there and then don't show in the app either. The only thing that worked was the initial email.

works great! after some updates, most bugs seem to have been worked out. love listening in to football games. also love that the ticket tab stays logged in now! h2p!
Where is the score in real time?
Does the app not have the actual score shown in real time anymore ?
Now what is wrong with this app?
Game day tomorrow, app opens then closes! Did all the normal fixes! Uploaded app on wife’s phone and cannot even log in, says cannot log in account holders!
Functionally Useless
Cannot open the app at all. Crashes every single time. And it’s not just me, multiple friends are having the same problem. Fix this immediately or you will have a lot of angry Pitt students who can’t use their tickets to go to the games.
Bad
Who had the great idea to update the app during the ACC basketball tournament? Way too difficult to find the game and link to the stats. Only took 2 clicks before.
Loved this app until
I was trying to set up my Pitt app on another device. I signed out to change my password since I couldn’t remember it and it said an email was sent. NO EMAIL! It’s been over an hour and those emails usually arrive in seconds! Now I can’t get into the app and can’t access my tickets for Saturday’s game!! How can I go to the game now!!

Doesn’t work at all
It’s like it was made by a 5 year old. Nothing works, makes you sign in a million times and even when you do, your tickets might not be there. A total and complete downgrade from the old ticket system. Would give it 0 stars if possible.
Well done
First off, the good news: the app works. It’s awesome to be able to listen to my Panthers games from Texas! That said, the app is a bit rough around the edges. For example, it doesn’t use system audio settings, so you won’t be able to control audio from the homescreen.

What a crappy app...
What a piece of crap. The app description is nothing like the actual app. Sometime since the Syracuse game t he old Pitt Gameday disappeared & this one is soooooooo weak. Big deal that it has schedule& rosters, but not the stuff that to fans. No scores. No audio. What’s the point. Bring back the old gameday.

Hard to open app
I like the app but it was next to impossible to sign into it. It said I already had an account. And when I couldn’t remember my info. It wouldn’t let me update it. The only way I could get in was by opening a Facebook account which I didn’t have or want in order to get in. I hope you make it easier because I like to keep up with Pitt. But don’t want to have to go through all this effort to do it!!
