Can’t use app

One star because I cannot get the code texted to me to even use the app. Contacted support and they cannot figure it out either. What a shame.

Has my mind wondering

I used the original version of the app to heartlink with some others, and that’s pretty cool to just feel them while on FaceTime or hanging out.

But now with the heartlink live feature, I wonder how I’ll use it. I went live on Facebook the other day, and then told my friends to heartlink live too, and it was incredible to know how many of them weren’t just watching me for a few minutes exploring this really cool waterfall I stumbled on while on a hike, but feeling my heart race in the process. A bunch of them told me it was unreal, they literally felt like they were in the scene with me. So that was really cool - but I haven’t yet tuned in to someone else’s adventure. And then I wonder if maybe even celebrities would heartlink, especially sports I think, because that would be absolutely killer to feel the vibe directly as they perform.

Feeling isn’t very strong

How do you make it feel stronger? Can barely feel it on my watch (series 4) and my husbands. Other than that it’s a pretty cool app to have.

Love it but...

It totally screws up you workout and health rings. My watch thinks the two heart rates are one and I am furiously working out.

Please fix this my gf and I really enjoy using this app but we don’t so it will not mess up our workout data.

Super cool and fun!

I came across this app one day and it looked interesting! I downloaded the app and I had my friend download the app on his watch as well so I could test it out. I should mention I have the series 1 Apple Watch and it worked just fine! I could feel my friends heartbeat instantly once we synced up and it was really cool. I like the idea of being able to feel closer to someone who might be distant from you. I have family all over the country and it’s just a fun little way to connect with someone through the day!

My daughter is in Texas while I am in Missouri. When we first downloaded the app and I felt her heart beat, I had tears in my eyes! One of the best apps ever made! Thank you Pitter Patter for bringing my daughter just a little closer to me!

Can’t end session.

Loved the app the first night I downloaded it. After that my husband and I never finished our heartlink but we can’t start a new session now. It says we are already in session and we aren’t. We have both uninstalled from our watches and our phones as well as logged in and out. I’m disappointed we can’t start a new session since it’s not working.

I’ll never know...

I give this app a one star because I’ve been waiting for what seems like forever just for a code to sign up for it. It might be a cool app but I wouldn’t know. Before anyone asks, yes my phone supports this app. I have an IPhone 6s.

Does not work

I have a series 1 and when i try to connect all it keeps saying it waiting nothing happens i even install the app and everything

Wouldn’t work for me

Just couldn’t get it to work with mine and my fiancé’s watch. It would just continue to say waiting on both watches. Idk if we were doing something wrong or if our watches are just to old. Who knows, but I’m really disappointed it wouldn’t work.

Not working

So I downloaded the app but for some reason it won’t show up on my Apple Watch. I can’t find out how to get the app onto my watch so I can start the session even though there has been allowed access. Very confusing to use and is glitching on my husbands side on his watch.
