Used to be a great app
This app used to be wonderful as one could check on the TSA security wait times. If one link wasn’t functioning, the second one was. Now all you get is the message ‘Hello World’
Used to be useful but…
It is no longer so. It is just useless as the app no longer picks correct info.
Functions don’t work!
Does not show TSA wait times, you get “hello world” instead. Percentage of parking availability doesn’t seem accurate and does not list the new $7/day lot. If it is full, then your app should reflect it. The app is pretty useless but their website doesn’t have % of parking or TSA wait times either (so both are pretty useless).

Parking and security wait times don’t work
While the functionality of the app is nice enough, click on security wait times and you see “Hello, World” and the parking lot status doesn’t update it would seem. Seems like this was poorly tested if at all.

Don’t bother
Was hoping to be able to use this app when I have to pick up someone arriving at PIttsburgh. Was hoping for a map so I knew where to park and which baggage claim area to be near, how to get between those places. There isn’t a map that I can find, and that’s after having to reopen the app several times because it kept crashing. Why have an app if you aren’t going to have a team dedicated to making it functional?

Missing key info
Downloaded it specifically to get Estimated wait time for TSA line, not present in the app. Departure and arrival times mostly not relevant, I can get that from airline specific apps. Suggestion – the website is laid out quite well, just copy that! Front screen should show TSA wait time, any parking notices, and possibly weather-related cancellations. Looking forward to future fixes!

Where is the terminal map? I need help moving through the airport.
Information is not organized
This app has very few helpful features. Much of the information is incorrect. No place to check weather conditions or general delays. It would be helpful to show departures and arrivals with cities, not just a list of flight numbers.

Overall a good app with a lot of valuable info. Where it can improve and deserve 5 stars someday:
1) Is that supposed to be the Estimated TSA wait time at the top of the Departure page? Identify it as such, or possibly give that spec it's own page. It's a key reason people probably download your app (like me)and it's easy to miss.
2) No mention whatsoever of airport's free wifi. Why?
3) Phone #'s and URLs in app don't appear to be active links. Really inconvenient.

Not very good
I would like to see future flight schedules and be able to set flight arrangements. Check in via the app would be awesome too.

The parking map is too small and cannot enlarge to use. The shuttle tracker never works

Great idea! Now you can see how full parking lots and security lines are in real time. You see if your flights are on time if you're on the way (And you're not the one driving of course)

Doesn't Work?
This is an awesome idea for an app. I don't fly often but when I do, I worry about how long the security line is. No problem because this app shows how long the security line is. But it doesn't. I've had it for 3 days and that information has never updated. It's stuck at <30 and updated at 12:55pm. Parking capacity is also stuck with the same update time. I can't speak on checking flight times/delays as I haven't used that part.
Unless I'm doing something wrong (I click the little update button but it doesn't update), this app just doesn't work for what I need...checking the security line.
