WORTH IT!!
Our department cannot express enough on how happy we are with Pivot Point. Not only has it made field work so much easier, it has also reduced the amount of time it takes to complete our field work, as well as being able to keep our work more organized. Sure, there are some bugs every now and then but nothing major to the point that we are unable to do our work or are unhappy. If you are having issues, they have great customer support and they are continuously coming out with updates to fix any issues. Bottom line, Pivot Point is worth it and you will not regret it!
