Excellent app!
I really enjoy how you are able to interact with the instructor and how at the end they give the students feedback on what they did well on and how improve their moves. The concept is excellent. And considering that we are still in a pandemic this app is the perfect. All you have to do is pay for class and then voila! You get to do live yoga straight from your home.

Interesting concept
I love the concept - live class with feedback at the end is great. I just wished it wasn’t too buggy with the video keeps skipping, and the teacher’s voice over not aligned with the video they’re showing. It would also be helpful if the background of the video guide is not too busy. Not everyone have TV to project this on, it’s hard to see what’s going on on a small phone screen.

found value in the guided breath work. instructor was great - noticed a difference in mind and body post class, space opening up. will definitely try more classes.
Honestly, amazing
It feels so good to get teacher feedback at the end of a class. She pointed out a problem with my Lunge that I hadn’t known about for years!

Glitchy app
The app kept glitching. When I tried to look through the classes offered they would not load.
