This Product Sucks! Possible Scam

I purchased free trial, my account was charged $.10 (no big deal) immediately and I had access to the App. The next day I was charged $49.90. I did not plan on keeping the App and immediately cancelled my subscription and sent an email to the support email (no phone#) to reimburse me. I also called my credit card to stop payment. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. Very frustrating!!!!!
