So simplified! I just wish the customization options was as good as they say

It's terrible! It broke after only two months of use and now it can't connect to any other devices! Even with Bluetooth on, it still won't connect! Don't ever buy this junk!
Disconnects a lot
Just like title says. Instructions were bleak, and it doesnt connect so I couldn’t even customize it. The only thing that works is the clock feature, and that doesn’t even have customization in it either..
DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE
I’ve been using this app for a long time and never had any issues before. However, recently I started experiencing connection problems.
The LED works, but I can’t change or customize anything in the app. The default eyes work, but I can’t switch to or select anything else. It seems like the app is stuck on the default settings, and no matter what I try, I can’t make any changes.
This problem started recently, and it’s very frustrating because everything used to work perfectly. Please fix the connection and customization issues.

Great but no support
I have 2 64 pixel mesh. Exactly the same but 1 updates to new version causing a quicker boot which messes up timing. No matter what I do on the 2nd one it will not update firmware to match. This also causes the grouping feature to not work. Wish they had support to help fix there bugs. Other than that it works good
