Constantly drops
The app and phone almost never stay connected. And it’s a pain to re-pair them. I don’t understand why this is so hard to fix.
Horrible app and camera
The app rarely connects to the camera, much like other reviewers. I have missed games, I can’t get games off the camera. The support is horrible. Don’t waste your money until they figure out how to use a basic connection, ever heard of Bluetooth?
Connectivity
Reasonable product. The WiFi takes 60-90 seconds after the blue light comes on. It then reliably connects. Should be an easy firmware fix.
Frustration with connecting the camera
Trying to connect the camera to my phone is mission impossible and I’ve been a marine for 10 years.

Purchased the Pixellot air for indoor hockey.
Its very difficult to connect the camera to the App. So much in fact I have missed both playoff games trying to connect in the arena.
Seems to be very slow in sending wifi signal to my phone. Lots of waiting and praying before game time. Waste of money!!!

Not perfect, but works
Although the app sometimes makes life a little more difficult than it should, the camera does a good job recording and this app allows it to start and stop recording.

There are major connectivity problems with this app and the camera, have to regularly shut down the app to reconnect. Other vendors of like cameras already have this sorted, and so far not happy. Was very hopeful. Also very clunky on the upload. Hoping for updates soon so that I can modify my review.

Technical issues
I have had trouble with the app connecting to the camera since the day we got it. It's only getting worse. It's not unusable yet, but it feels like it's moving that way. It's so incredibly frustrating when you're trying to get set up to get the game recorded. It just shouldn't be this hard.
A lot of problems with connection
The app really need a update, take to long to open, sometimes I can’t record as the app don’t start.
How do you get external audio on the video
Camera is great and I know it has two mics for background noise. How does a commentator connect up to commentate on a game????
Very disappointed
Purchased a Pixellot Air Camera and one of the cameras did not work and it was rendered useless. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a replacement and still don’t have one. They tried to accommodate me and I appreciate it but the camera they gave me isn’t great but they will make their money back by the subscription service if I use the camera they sent. I really like Brandon my sales rep but overall the company has disappointed and now I see why the reviews are poor. I also use the GoPro and their software in gyms and it does an ok job. Not entirely happy with the output but it’s acceptable but the sad thing is it’s in 720p format and we are in the age of 4K. I ordered a Veo camera during Black Friday and it’s already arrived and I am excited to use it. I have been very patient and fair but paying them over 1K over 3 months ago maybe 4 and not having a working product is frustrating

Spectacular addition to our camera!
The camera I pictured for our sons little league basketball team works incredibly with this app! As an 32 year old mother of two this app makes it even easy for me!
