We're really sorry you had this experience. We identified an issue that could prevent photos from loading on some devices, and this has now been fixed in a recent update. Importantly, the issue did not affect guests uploading photos to the event, but we completely understand how frustrating it would have been to see photos not loading.

Very Disappointing Experience
The technical instability completely undermined the purpose of the app, especially for events where reliability is critical. Even more frustrating was the lack of response from customer support. Multiple attempts to reach out for help or clarification went unanswered, with no acknowledgment or resolution provided.
Overall, the app caused more frustration than convenience. Until the stability issues are resolved and customer support becomes responsive, I would not recommend Pixel Party to anyone relying on it for photo sharing

We're glad you found the interface attractive and uploading straightforward, but we're really sorry the gallery experience caused frustration during such an important event. We identified an issue affecting the gallery on some devices that could cause repeated refreshing and crashes. This issue has now been fixed in a recent update. Importantly, the issue was specific to viewing the gallery on the affected device and did not affect guests uploading and collecting photos for the event. We're also sorry you didn't receive the response you expected from our support team at the time. We've made improvements since then to help provide a more reliable experience.

We've since identified and fixed the technical issues that could cause the gallery and videos to freeze or fail to load on some devices. These issues were related to viewing the gallery and did not affect guests uploading and collecting the photos from the event.
