Pixie coins is not in my Metamask Wallet

Hello to the developer,

It’s been 7 days already since I tried withdrawing 300 Pixie coins to my Metamask wallet but it hasn’t arrive yet. And there’s no customer service to reach out.

Hi Tetay, Since many mining activities are conducted in Pixie each day, we will need 1-15 days to review the transactions to ensure your financial security. Please be patient if you have withdrawn but have not yet received your PIX. The withdrawal will arrive in your MetaMask Wallet as soon as it passes the review process. Can’t register!

I have literally given up trying to register an account. No matter the username I type in, it is taken. I have even put in a bunch of random characters until the limit was maxed out and still someone somewhere has the same username??

UPDATE: Contacted and now resolved! Thanks.
