Great App but we lost Diamonds

Great App. However we signed up for the Pro Membership and then purchased a bunch of Diamonds. Then more Diamonds and the credits would drain while loading or working on an image/ Video. Then the cost of a video/ image went from 15 to 22. Very odd very sketchy. We also have had problems contacting the App
