This is very disheartening from a camera maker that has been around for years. This app does not work or is missing a step to connect with a phone.

This app doesn’t work with iOS 16 or my iPhone 13 Pro Max, they seriously need to update their app. The only way I can use it is with my iPad.

PIXPRO 360 app
App does not connect to iPhone to view pics/video recordings…Why even have the app if it doesn’t work with the camera? My advice is stay with the GoPro 360 Max. Their app works well with your phone…. I’d give this a zero if I could.
Tip to connect to iPhone
My Pixpro Orbit360 4K would connect to my iPhone via WiFi just fine, but not to this program. Tried this app on my iPad and it worked the first time. Turned the "cellular data" off on my iPhone, clicked "ok" on the popup window. This app then worked on my iPhone. Hope this helps everyone!
Great App
For those struggling to see photos, you must update the camera’s firmware by following the tutorial either on YouTube or by reading the manual. The app works great in seeing a preview of the shot and easily viewing photos and videos that were taken. I enjoy the app and the camera. I wish there was a built in photo and video editor to edit the stitch lines and alter the colors.

Worst app!
I recently purchases the Pixpro 360 for my son and was hoping this app would let us see what he records remotely! But obviously this app does not work, it won’t even connect to my iPhone. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and still nothing. Very useless might as well take this app off the app store! I didn’t want to give this a one star but that was the only to post this review. Please fix the kinks!

Good Idea, Doesn’t Work!
Camera shows that it is connected but the App doesn’t. Was unable to view any of the pictures on the camera. Had to connect the SD chip to my computer to verify that the camera actually took any pictures! I’d give this app a ZERO rating for wasting my time, but, 1 is the lowest rating allowed. I expect better from Kodak.

Doesn’t do anything
Connected to the WiFi from the camera but the app still insists it’s not connected. This software does literally nothing. Perhaps the Android version will work better.
This product looked awesome (but it’s not)
I got this camera on amazon. Awesome deal! hardware looked decent! This app is complete garbage and a total waste of time. Kodak write your own apps (or at least take the time to understand why the reviews are so bad)
Terrible does not work
The App refuses to connect to the camera on both my iPad as well as my android phone. The app on the iPad doesn’t even show the camera to connect to it, and my phone (Samsung galaxy S9) shows the camera but whenever I attempt to connect to it. It just crashes with no explanation.

Needs work
I love my 360 camera but this app crashes on iPads and is time consuming to convert. I sure hope they fix it soon, I am running out of patients.
Absolute garbage!
Doesn't work at all. Neither of the 3 resolutions allow live view. This app is a waste of time. I would ask for my money back if it cost anything. But even at the price of "free" this isn't worth it
