Unable to do anything after connecting to camera. Only black screen and unable to control the device.

I have connected to the camera, but the app shows only a black screen and any attempt to start recording shows “operation failed!”.

This app is many years beyond dead and the camera you’re trying to use it with is pretty much e-waste at this point.

I can not use it with the WIFI app?..as it was stated to me there is an app to use with this specific camera when I purchased the camera. It seems the app itself is out of order and having complications cause the app not to function and leaving no way to transfer wirelessly. Please developer tend to this error in the PIXPRO Application you’ve created for Kodak camera’s. Thank you. Today’s date: October 1st 2018 @5:16pm.

Fail
Kodak always hinges on bad software. They refuse to change firmware allowing unlimited recording time. The stitching software has been unsupported and non functioning for years. And then there’s Kodak’s history and recent attempts to stay relevant. Stay away, return your cameras if you can.

Nice idea but still buggy
It'll be nice if they ever fix their issues, assuming they assign a proper team to tackle the problem. This camera has been out for a while and this app is still buggy. It crashes a lot and gives a lot of "out of memory" errors. The 4K version is no better.

Alcune funzioni buone. Reattività nella connessione con la camera. Purtroppo non funziona il log in per l'account You Tube. Non male ma si può fare di meglio.

Useless App for useless camera
App refuses to recognize camera, and the one time I actually got it to connect, the app simply quits repeatedly, shutting down, not allowing anything. Upon relaunch, gets to welcome screen, and quits again until wifi connection is lost, where you can then begin the whole disappointing process over and over. Without the app, the camera is useless. Don't waste your time on this product. Sending mine back and getting something that actually works.
