REFUND MY MONEY

I downloaded your app on 3 August, canceled my Subscription on 4 August. In Apple Subscriptions under Inactive Subscriptions, it said the subscription ran through 11 August. On 14 August I was charged. I have filled out report a problem forms TWICE with Apple, emailed your support team TWICE, filled out your Google Form and now THIS. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND DON’T YOU DARE CHARGE ME AGAIN!!
