Disappointing
Like many other photo editing apps, Pixy’s advertising video shows how Pixy can take a poor quality photo and transform it to perfect clarity and exposure. But when you download the app, you learn it’s like every other photo manipulating app these days where it’s more concerned with catering to the users who want to add special effects to their selfies rather than improve the clarity of their existing photos. When you read about it’s features “photo sharpening” is a minor feature. There is a real need for the ability Pixy shows in their advertising to enhance photo quality and if they could deliver like it shows in their advertisements it would sell millions of downloads. Unfortunately I can’t see if this app delivers that ability because their is no free trial. The app opens and tells you it’s .99 a month to use it. If you want to try before you buy, that’s not an option.
