Did enjoy using the free photo editor over recent few years . But sorry not paying to do the simplest of editing !
Loss of features
Used to be able to use cutouts for free now a premium feature/ used to have unlimited projects now limited to 10. All this without me ever updating the app
MONEY GRABBING UPDATE
Used this app for years and loved it! But since their “massive update”, they’ve taken away the best free features and you have to pay £79.99 annual for pro to be able to even manually cut out the image you want to add to another image. I’ve deleted the app now. Utter trash.
Robbed
I feel like I am being robbed, because it is asking me to pay for something so simple. I am getting tired of this app period.
piZap Got Greedy
piZap used to be my go to editing app because it was free, easy to use, and had a lot of features. For years I had no problems with this app and actually recommended it to people, but lately it seems that they've just gotten greedy to the point of rendering the app completely unusable unless you pay money. You now have to buy premium if you want to manually cut out parts of a photo (previously, only the auto cut-out feature needed premium). Along with this, you now have to buy premium if you want to have more than 10 projects (just a couple weeks ago, you had unlimited projects). You need to pay money to use the most basic stickers known to man, and it's just such a deterrent to doing anything on the app. It's just a shame to see such a good app get completely ruined over time. As much as I've loved this app, as much as I've used it over the years, I now have to find a new one to edit photos on. If you are considering getting this app because it's free, don't. And if you already have the app, I hope you can find a better alternative.

Very disappointed
I used this app/website for YEARS now and I loved it dearly, but I just can’t recommend it anymore! So much stuff is locked behind a paywall now and I understand the need to make money, but cutouts have been for free users for AGES and I used it all the time! But now it’s locked behind premium? Are you kidding me?? 🤦👎

I love love this app! One of my favorite things to do! Using this to make fun cards and posters etc is my zen. The possibilities are endless. Also use to make photo collages, which everybody loves!
7 Day Trial is a SCAM
The 7 day “free” trial is not free. They charge you the full subscription fee. There is NO free trial offered. They will then start calling you from your “bank” alerting you to potential fraud. I called my actual bank number and confirmed all of this with them. This is a giant fraud scheme. Stay very far away from this app!!!!!

All useable features behind paywall now
Have used this app for nearly 10 years to edit pics, donating occasionally when I had the funds. A lot of the features have been behind a paywall which I fully understand as a business.
It turns out however that a lot of the basic features have now been put behind the same paywall so very basic features now require a monthly subscription. Great way to treat your long time users PiZap.

Use to Love
I paid for an all time access w/out your watermark. Now your watermark is going over my Trade mark on my photos.
I paid for it & now it’s not working. Guess I need to find another app. Oh by the way—if you go look at my account you will see tons of my work going back for years using this app. It was one of the few apps I could use & keep in touch with the world as a disabled person. It really upsets me that suddenly your app is not recognizing my account.,

Remove the last update!
This was a brilliant, easy to use app. Since the recent update it constantly crashes when trying to select Background Eraser/Cutouts etc. The old Background Eraser was so simple to use - why change a good thing? Now on the hunt for a better app.
Please give the speech bubbles back to being free
I love this app. Used to use the speech bubbles all the time, but now I have to pay for them not so much.

Putting speech bubbles and cutout tools behind a paywall. You even misspelled “bug fixes” on your own app, it says buf fixes. Good bye piZap!

I would’ve rated it 5 star before but after the last update you can’t remove backgrounds anymore without a paid subscription. Time to switch to a different app.

Never fails another update another glitchy horrible app. Moving on my subscription after this month smh.
