Apple literally doesn’t work
Never had an issue before until new update. Declined Apple Pay everytime and declines my regular card randomly having to try twice
Fixed what wasn’t broken
I’m not sure why the redesign was needed but it’s basically become a nightmare trying to place mobile ordered of any kind. 50% chance the platform accepts any ApplePay payment or even accepts any of my credit cards and apparently learning you basically only have 3 attempts to enter payment info before you’re forced to have to call a store to place an order. Defeats the purpose of the online platform. I was just fine the way everything was before this redesign. Stupidest update ever. Fixed nothing and broke the experience trying to modernize I guess.

App often does not allow check out, doesn’t send email
Verifications. Takes a long time to order often not worth the hassle. And no phone number listed to call when the app tells you to call. 🤦🏽♀️

Not great
The app does not tell you when your order will be ready, allow you to see what you ordered or give you a confirmation. If the store gets it wrong you have nothing to back it up. Also annoying because you don’t know how long to give them. Not even an email :(
Never works
Every time I try to login it tells me my username and or password is incorrect. It’s not. The reset password thing does not work. Took more than 15 emails to reset before I got a code. Love pizza 1. Hate the app.
