A nice & easy to navigate app for a local takeaway. Unless I missed it, a delivery note box before paying would be useful for additional info to be added to the order.
Items missing, food cold and took hour and half
First time ordering using the app, order confirmed at 7.22pm. Finally got delivered at 8.50pm…. 2 pizzas missing and food that was delivered was Luke warm not even hot. Phoned up to ask about the pizzas and had a stroppy respond about how it has been busy and the pizzas were being put in the bag to deliver. No apologies. No offer of a refund even partial! Left with very hungry and tired children!
