Good enough
The app was pretty bad for a long time but now it’s fine. I order pizza and I get it. Rewards accumulate and I use them. Sure it’s a little simple and not great to look at it but it does what it needs to.
Missing rewards
I love the food, but the app's reward system is incredibly frustrating. If you order outside of the app like over the phone or walk-in there is absolutely no way to scan or manually enter your paper receipt afterward to claim your missing reward points.A modern rewards program should let you scan a barcode or enter a receipt number to get credit for your loyalty, no matter how you placed the order. Forcing users to buy exclusively through the app just to earn points defeats the purpose of a flexible loyalty program. Please update the app to allow manual receipt uploads!

Avoid, deceptive marketing
First the website offered $10 off an order coupon with signup, then you put the coupon in the app and it says it only works with orders of $25 or more! Then I build a $25 order and it says the coupon still doesn’t apply! With regular menu oriced items
App performance
There’s been a lot of glitches with the mobile app lately. Been having place orders with the store which at times wouldn’t get my points

It works but is not very good
It’s a lot better than it used to be but it’s still kind of lame. It’s like it’s always 5 years behind the state of the art. Still as it says in the title it works and I can complete my order. I’ll suffer through a mediocre UI for that.

Crashes too often not enough deals on the app and the rewards system is non existent. Great pizza usually but app is horrible and keeps me from ordering more often.

The app is user friendly and convenient to use. Food arrived on time, hot and freshly made and delicious.
Don’t bother ordering through here
This is the second time I’ve tried to order through the app in about 8 months apart and yet AGAIN it won’t process my card and has placed a hold on that I have to wait to drop off. I called the local store previously and was told the issue was with the parent company and they couldn’t help me. I will never buy from them again, though we used to get stuff pretty frequently until the app updates started.

Trash
Web ordering is closed 3 hours before the store closes. A $2.00 fee for using a credit card is just insulting.

Ordered from the app twice already. App works great, no bugs that I’ve found and the first order on the app is 50% off.
