Tried to sign up to order dinner and I keep getting error. If I can’t even sign up what’s the point of this app. Don’t waste your time.

Never been able to order from pizza guys using this app. I like their pizza and deals but every time I try to order I hit an error and have to call the pizza shop.

Can’t create a log in with password and using website says my address is not valid. Not worth the hassle.
Good food, horrendous app
I’ve been a patriot for years, but the app continues to be an absolute nightmare. You have to login with your information every single time you try using it, and not only that you have to get a special code test to you in order to login completely. And often times you won’t even get the code.
The worst part is if you’re not using the app, you’re going to get charged way more at the store. On the app, a small pepperoni would only be $11. In store, $18. They really need to get this fixed, because it’s the same issue on the website.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother with the app. Passwords won’t work. Eat someplace which is not this much trouble.
Does not store payment method
Every time I go to place an order from the app it rejects my saved payment method. I have to re-enter the same payment method manually every time to complete the order. Happens 100% of the time I make an order and hasn’t been fixed in over a year. Has caused me to order elsewhere when I don’t have access to my payment method.

This is merely a safari embedded app - it works the same as the normal browser, except it removes the discount codes so you pay more.
Bugs
Amazing, but there’s some kinks within the algorithmic programming that makes it glitch when using the app with IOS devices.

App doesn’t work
I saw an offer in the mail and decided to try the app. I tried to create a new account, but the password validation is incorrect and rejects passwords generated by iOS (I think it might be the ‘-‘ symbol). So I manually specified a password to sign up, using trial and error to find out what was wrong since the password validation message was not accurate. Finally my account was created. Then I tried to order from a store, and it asked me to sign in instead of leaving me signed in from sign up. I signed in, and then it requested more information for my profile. It wanted me to enter my password again, didn’t tell me what I was missing that was required, and mentioned something about no address yet but gave me no option to add an address. At this point I am out of patience and will get my pizza elsewhere.

Kept complaining about invalid password, which I was sure I follow their rules. Can’t image seeing these kinds of error nowadays.

I have place multiple orders on this app as a guest because It won’t let me sign in. It won’t let create a new password. So I’ve collected “0” points. This app is just about useless. Get a new app developer/designer

Orders do not go through.
Unable to place and order. A message saying unable to process and to try a different credit card pops up. I’ve tried different cards and still got the same message.

Downloaded the app. Made a sign in. Tried to order through the app and it made me update my information that I just entered to make a login. Got stuck in an infinite loop of checking my information. Glad the devs put a delete profile selection at the top … no wonder why that was put there. Nothing against the restaurant but app is in need of updating.
