Can’t even detect the location
What a useless app. It doesn’t even show the location of the store in the app. what’s the point of offers and advertising heavily to use the app.

App steals money
It says one price when checking out. Then you adjust the tip. Then apple pay says a lower price and then a higher price shows up on your credit card. This is a scam
Does not work
The app opens and when I try to build a pizza it just goes blank. I have updated the app and still does not work. SCAMmmm
Very unpleasant to use
When I try to custom tip, the amount I enter randomly changes to another number. Also, when I try to confirm an order using any of my pre-saved cards, it says payment failed.
CONSTANT payment errors
This app sucks, payments error out constantly, when using a credit or debit card. Don’t use this app, Papa John’s or Dominos are much much better! Fix it, PH!
Too late to change the rewards program
I’m not a customer anymore, and I don’t care to receive your e-mails. Straight to junk.
Difficult to log back in
Had an active account that was used frequently. I was logged out. To log back in I had to have a link sent to my email. The link does not work. For several days I have been attempting to log back in, but have not been successful.
Confusing Checkout and Extra Fees
Why even provide an “Other” option for the tip at checkout if the system automatically goes back to the default 10%? That makes the option practically useless and is extremely frustrating.
It’s also ridiculous to see additional +$1 charges on certain pizzas instead of simply including the actual price in the advertised menu price. Just show customers the real final price upfront instead of adding extra charges during checkout.
Pizza Hut Canada needs to make its pricing and checkout process much more transparent and straightforward.

Super Slow Launch Time
I m pretty sure I don’t need the fancy intro graphics to tell me I just clicked on the Pizza Hut app and pretty sure I’m in the mood for pizza. So STOP with the stupid intro graphics that delay ordering by 9-10 seconds. It’s the same as asking a walk in customer to exit the revolving door and enter again and admire your logo. I’d walk straight out and leave which I’ve done a few times on the app trying to order in stop and go traffic. Just hungry and need quick useful utility. Eliminate the fluff, you made the sale long before I opened the app. It’s called fast food - we want the shortest path to get it. Only company worse than you is mcD’s with endless graphics and sounds to order online. This gets progressively worse for those of us with 5+ yr older phones who don’t throw $1,000 at latest new phone every year. Maybe detect those phones and show them a YouTube video on launch. Pretty sure the rest of us will agree with me - make the online drive thru go quicker.

Payment Failed
Every time I try to add a tip and then pay it says my payment failed because the amount has changed. No kidding? That’s what a tip does 😒 and with Apple Pay you can’t tip either. Would you rather we didn’t tip your drivers Pizza Hut?

Was good but not anymore
Recent update does not allow me to login with my Apple ID. Now I have lost all my reward points. Was this deliberate?

Won’t let me login to account
The app works great except that it won’t let me log back into my account - the login email automatically starts the signing up process for a new account and it won’t go past that since the “phone number is already in use”… it’s in use because I’m trying to login to an established account but it won’t give me that option and the website now puts me through the same cycle
