Payment Failed
Every time I try to add a tip and then pay it says my payment failed because the amount has changed. No kidding? That’s what a tip does 😒 and with Apple Pay you can’t tip either. Would you rather we didn’t tip your drivers Pizza Hut?

Was good but not anymore
Recent update does not allow me to login with my Apple ID. Now I have lost all my reward points. Was this deliberate?

This app is the glitchiest app I HAVE EVER USED! It wont work and wont process orders!

Won’t let me login to account
The app works great except that it won’t let me log back into my account - the login email automatically starts the signing up process for a new account and it won’t go past that since the “phone number is already in use”… it’s in use because I’m trying to login to an established account but it won’t give me that option and the website now puts me through the same cycle

Menu does not work
FULL of bugs
Orders for pickup never get sent to the location. Once I got there, they had no order in my name at all and I had to re-place a new order from scratch. Also, never got any type of confirmation if my delivery order was placed or not. So I MIGHT (or might not!!) get my order today. Disappointing.
Online ordering
Can’t order gluten free or anything under a medium pizza online or on the app any more. Very frustrating
Great food but………………………….
the food is good but it’s not worth spending $15 minimum to get food and then on top of that $5 delivery fee, so essentially you are forcing people to spend at least $20 to get Pizza Hut, that is 100% a scam. And then on top of that I think maybe April 2026 or somewhere before June 2026 you were able to use five points to get yourself a pizza and only pay five dollars delivery but now you have to pay five dollars delivery spend your five points but also spend $15 minimum like that’s such a scam stop scamming your customers! And especially because like probably half of the people here in Canada are on assistance or OW or ODSP etc. And to sit there and force someone to buy a my box meal at $11.99 to then also either force them to then get extra toppings or buy something else to hit that $15 mark for the minimum delivery fee which again is a scam! So if you could kindly bring back the being able to use our five points that we so gracefully earned and allow us to just pay the five dollar delivery fee to get it delivered instead of having to either one go into the store or two have to spend another $15 just to get a freaking free pizza! If you look up scam in the dictionary you’ll see Pizza Hut at one of the top listed things! and no just because someone is on Assistance or OW or ODSP doesn’t mean they don’t deserve to eat out. and then even on top of everything else yeah then say oh hey get a dollar waffle fries when you spend $15 like why are you so stuck stuck on this $15 minimum get rid of it! I’m sick and tired of this and I’m sure everyone else is as well having to spend $15 minimum to freaking place an order at Pizza Hut it’s not worth it especially when you can’t even fill your wings or boneless wings with proper amount of sauce half of it is like not even sauced!

Needs an update
I’ve used this app for years with ease, but lately it won’t let me type the security number for my saved credit card. It just circles endlessly and makes me add the card again for it to work. I’d give the app higher marks except for that.
