I ordered 6 Melts. There are now labels on the item. We couldnโt identify the type of melt inside the box. The truffle is also very dry. Itโs different from the other oneโs I ordered before.

No delivery and poor support
I have write this negative feedback after calling the customer service 3 times and following up on my complaint.
I place the order 1 1/2 hours back and so far I have not received the order or call from the driver. When I contact the Call Centre, they kept telling me that the complaint is registered and it will be delivered soon. Now after this is followed up 2 more times and there is same response with absolutely no result.
Very frustrating as I have not got any positive assurances of the time of delivery.
