As always delicious pizza! I was able to avail their free stuffed crust pizza! Super sulit if using this app kasi walang ganitong promos sa ibang delivery app. Definitely will buy again using this app!

Pizza hut branches can't support the app
I bought a meal using the app, no issues with me using it, but unfortunately branch called me and mentioned they'll be ordering from food panda on my behalf because they don't have riders. Sadly this app is redundant
No GCredit
When CS called, I asked if GCredit(payment option in GCash) would be an available option to make payments with them, and CS asked her co-worker and gladly said it was available. The reason why I asked because when you choose Gcash/Maya it says QR scan upon delivery, so there would be a chance that it might not be available(GCredit). Then worse case scenario when scanning their QR code with the delivery guy, the GCredit payment option in GCash was not available. Good thing my wife has an additional Cash in her GCash wallet that was supposed to be her travel money to go to work. If only the GCredit payment option were available it wouldn’t be an issue and my rating here wouldn’t be a 1 Star(0 star if that’s the lowest). Not recommending, and definitely not gonna order again through this App.

This app seems to be NOT WORKING. After placing your order, you do not get any update on the status of your order. There is also NO MEANS to contact them aside from the landline number ???
I placed an order and after waiting for 2 hours, I decided to cancel it via email. Immediately thereafter, I got a text message saying the order is on its way.
I don’t think that the orders placed thru this app are timely submitted to their stores. Such a waste of time.

No way to track order status!
Ordered on the Pizza Hut app, I was given an order number yet when I reached out to cs after an hour of waiting for my order.. turns out my order was not processed and "skipped" and so, I had to cancel cos I won't wait for another 45 mins, so inconvenient! There's no way to track order status! Please fix this!

Always adding my location because it can’t find the store a kilometer from my house
Really frustrating that it cannot recognize my saved addresses, but can order when I search my location again. You really need to fix this
Delivery never came
Ordered using the app. Placed my order, senior discount, mode of payment. Even received an email that my order was processed. I ordered 4:15 PM we waited for 2 hrs but to no avail, it never came. Don’t use this app when you want pizza hut. Order thru grab or foodpanda.

CS Confirmed order but did not arrive
Placed order in advance. CS called and confirmed but it was not delivered.
It’s not working
Yes, it doesn’t work. Ordered via app. I did not receive update nor status after 30mins so I called the delivery hotline to check. Only then was the order processed. 45mins after placing the order, still no status update. NOT WORKING at all.

Despite 2x adjustment of order, I got my order late. Good thing the taste compensated to the long delay. I ordered pickup so its easy while driving home, but I still had to wait in the parking cause of adjustments.

I ordered via website not on this app but just wanted to share my experience.I added the PWD ID on the notes and then received a call from CS. When I received the order, the discount was added so all good!
