App for Pizza Inn
I had to delete the first application I had because it would not open. Downloaded another one and it will not allow me to open it either.
This is very frustrating to the customer! Why don’t you fix it or take it out of the App Store?

Pete and I enjoy our Pizza Inn on Wade Hampton in Greer. At 86 years old he still can’t get enough Pizza. Monday night is senior night and that helps financially.

Works, but….
App works but doesn’t let me stay logged in for rewards. Doesn’t even have the full menu listed either. Needs a note section for special instructions.

Could not figure out why this app is so crappy? Then I realized, if you don’t get the rewards, Pizza Inn does not have to give free things. Eat a bag of dicks Pizza Inn!
Locations are missing
My location is missing in the app but is available online on the website. I can’t earn any rewards. Add Vale, NC.
APP IS NOT WORKING
When you open up the App the get Notified Screen will not go off. You can’t get to the app because of this. How am I supposed to order food when it won’t work. I’m going to show a local owner this problem.
Poorly written app.
I downloaded the app, and my local pizza inn location, which has been here for a couple of years now, isn't even in the location choices. And, there isn’t another pizza inn within 200 miles to pick instead. The location choices are not even organized in any possible way, and it makes you look through all of them. This is the crappiest rewards app I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time downloading it. I’m removing it.

Not working
Not getting my free buffet. Do everything right and still get nothing.
Loses Rewards
This is the second time I have earned a free buffet and when I went to check rewards it disappeared. It shows in my history that it was earned and not redeemed, but I can’t use it. 👎🏻👎🏻

Pizza in Franklinton Louisiana
Pizza inn n Franklinton Louisiana has made a 360 degree turn around since the manager Lisa has been there. Very customer friendly atmosphere.Every worker goes out of their way to wait on their customers. Manager Lisa and ALL her employees are a GREAT ASSET to Pizza Inn chain!!
App not opening since latest release
This app was fine until the latest update and now it won’t even open!
Horrible
Give it a 1 cause that’s low as it goes. Virtually unusable. Have to take a picture of the receipt? How can you order when when you find your location there is no way to select it. Not worth the free drink or pizzert to even keep on the phone. SMH
Why bother with an app?
Why? Why do I have to manually type in my username and password EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to log in and place an order??? What’s the point of the app? I can use a web browser on my phone or computer and it’ll save my password for me so I don’t have to type or remember it. Other apps, including other pizza apps, use Touch ID to log in or at least save your credentials for you. Useless.

Navigation is so poor, I reloaded the app to give it one star.

Love, love this app
This app is simple to use and allows me to get rewarded pretty frequently. I got a Pizzert just for signing up, a Pizzert for my birthday, and they hook it up with a free buffet/pizza on every 9th visit. Makes Pizza Inn-ing way easier/better.
Need better way to indicate a reward
Photos of receipts are often rejected. There is never a barcode on the receipt. If I get a takeout I am never given a receipt. Often the ink on the receipt is light and the photo gets rejected. I do not even bother anymore. Bring back the card.
Houston not listed
After seven months the pizza in next to me just opened up. I downloaded the app and I can't use it because it's not listed under Hometown Pizza inn. There's two other locations and Houston and neither of them are listed as well.
Worst rewards app ever
I rarely review apps but Pizza Inn deserves 1-Star for choosing a horrible rewards system. You have to take a picture of the receipt in order to get rewards which is based on visits. I often pay cash and rarely get a receipt. Plus my location doesn't give me one unless I ask so I've missed out on a number of rewards. I love their pizza but their rewards system is one of the worst in the business.
