Pizza Max App crashes on Payment Submission
The Pizza Max app crashes and closes immediately as soon as I try to submit the order for payment. This happens consistently, and its detect loyalty points.

App fixing required
Keeps crashing. Does not confirm order or show order placed be it picking up or delivery. Neither can switch between pickup or delivery options. When order placed for pickup and stayed 30 mins to pickup at branch the staff kept repeatedly saying no order received and when left in dissappointment, another 20 mins later i get a call that the order placed is ready. I had already shopped elsewhere and had to turn down the order (while i was already far away). Kindly fix various app issues or start counting lost customers.

Inconsistent/Faulty Systems
I ordered an item through the app for Takeaway and paid via card but once I got to the counter they told me I had to pay there even though I had already paid through the app. I showed them my bank transaction and they put my pizza on hold until they checked with their backend team to confirm the payment.
I shouldn’t have to wait for my food because of their inconsistent database/system.
