Will the rewards system ever work again?!
It’s the question we all want answered. Rewards offers disappear. Rewards offers can’t be redeemed in-app due to constant technical issues. Rewards can no longer be redeemed in-store because they turned over the rewards system entirely to the app. I have over 1200 unusable rewards points right now and would love to use them, but it’s been awhile since the app has allowed me to redeem any rewards, discounts, or freebies. Why can’t stuff be redeemed in-store anymore?! Why can’t you fix your app and make the system functional again?! Based on how many rewards points I have, I shouldn’t have to spend a penny at Pizza Press again for a while, but the system never works and store management doesn’t seem to care or want to do anything about it.

Won’t sign in
The app won’t allow me to sign in to claim rewards. I’ve had this issue and it just says “unknown” when I try to login or create a new account.

Where did the option to order a custom half pizza go? you can order a one topping half, but not a full customizable half :(
This app is buggy and sometimes it doesn’t work but they do make the pizzas fast with the mobile orders and picking them up is very convenient, the free pizza every now and then is cool too.
Also the reward points for a full pizza cost the same as a half pizza which doesn’t really add up, half pizza should be 50pts.

Horrendously buggy
I wasn’t able to even sign up because the verification link didn’t work in multiple browsers. The rest of the experience was pretty bad too. The payment page has no autofill options, nor does the signup page. There are multiple other ui issues but wow I rarely see a worse app than this

Great Pizza, Terrible App
Pizza press serves up good pizza, but the app is not good. For instance, Just tried to apply some rewards point to a mobile order, but the option to do so at checkout was missing and it still took my points away! The UI is barely intuitive, ordering can be cumbersome and confusing. Please improve the app!

Promo’s don’t apply
They run special app promos but then there is no way to receive them, even when you follow the instructions they provide. Staff were nice in store and redeemed through a manual purchase, not through the app.
Poor design
App doesn’t work. Cannot get a connection while in the store and employees don’t know how the app works. They entered my code and I still can’t get points.

Just Doesn’t Work
I can never seem to complete an order. Most of the time it lets me do the whole process but then the payment won’t work. Just a big waste of time.

Love love pizza press. But this app is horrible and doesn’t work.
Doesn’t Work
I can’t add any pizza to my cart. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app if you can’t order with it.
Useless
Despite scanning every time we go, my purchases rarely register towards rewards. No option to scan the receipt for rewards. One time I was redeeming points for a free pizza and although the points were subtracted from my account, I was still being charged for the pizza. The guy at the register had to manually take it off.
