Stuck on Oreo level I unlocked everything but I can’t cross the bridge it’s locked
Waste of time
I had to play this game as a challenge for something else I was doing in another app. I cannot complete what I need because this game won’t let me level up past the cookie/cupcake level. I’ve upgraded everything, bought everything it asked me to, had all the money, and I’m stuck. I’ve emailed support multiple times. Here’s the thing, if you have a game charging people actual money to level up and things like that, you better be able to give technical support. Nothing. I’ve requested help so many times and nobody has ever gotten back to me. Don’t waste your time. These developers are swindlers if they think it’s acceptable to take your money and give you the middle finger when you need help. Please don’t spend any money on this. They haven’t even responded to people’s complaints since February of 2024. What a joke.

Levels
There should be so kind of menu that shows what you have left on each level. I’m kind of at wits end…. I have over 100,000 coins and I’ve maxed everything out. I’m stuck idk what to do.

Can’t get past the Oreo level and have plenty of money. Can’t get past 89% on Pizza level or 86% on the Donut Shop.

I’ve been stuck at 89 on the pizza level, i’ve contacted them and made a report over 2 weeks ago & still haven’t had a change of the bug.

If I wanted to make donuts, I wouldn’t play a game called Pizza Purist. Uninstalled this nonsense.

It doesn’t show what level I am at and it has me stuck at 89% in the pizza section while the other two are 100%

This game is ok but I’m so stuck on the donut cafe says I need more money when I have a lot of money it won’t open it up plus the workers don’t do nothing just stand there they should be making the donuts as well not standing there like a bump butt ugh this game is frustrating
No positive take on this game
The game was fun at first but now it’s the complete opposite. Not able to make it past the pizza restaurant, any time I tried it never happens. Definitely needs work, I’ll end up removing this game completely if not.

Only 2 places to go? The game has been available for a year and that’s as far as you’ve gotten. Sounds exactly like your game Laundry Rush. I definitely won’t be downloading any other games from you since you can’t make anything more than that. Paid for no ads on both. Definitely not getting any more $ from me.

I like these type of games but it’s hard to see the squares that tells me how much the item is can you make the squares more darker and add a cloud system so that I don’t lose my progress plus a compass would be nice as will

Complaints
I’m stuck at 89 at of 100 of Pizza purist I’ve opened (paid) everything that was requested but I’m still not at 100%. I’m confused on why? Also, for the Doughnut Shop, the cafe is locked and it’s stating that I need more money and I’m welled over 100k at this moment but it should at least tell us how much it’s required for us to open the cafe part. Another thing, we should be making money if we’re in another city opening up a new spot, not for it to say customer is waiting. If the Cafe shop want us to have a certain amount for it to open let our shops that’s opened make money.

I got to the doughnut level but I’m stuck now. It says I don’t have enough money for the cafe but doesn’t say what you need. It shows that another town is available and I’d like to get to it! What do I need to do to finish the doughnut area?
