Great Pizza Cookbook App but
As much as I Love This Pizza Cookbook App, I would Love to see a New York-Style Pizza Dough Recipe
There are better recipes out there...
Just looking at the Naples style pizza. This recipe uses sugar and kosher salt. Real Naples pizza uses sea salt and NEVER sugar. Also rise time should be at least 24 hours preferably 48 not the short rise in this recipe. This makes the rest of the recipes suspect in my mind.
Cool but one thing..
This app is great! If you ever have parties or just when the fam is coming over it’s the app to use. If you are like me you just want some plain pizza or some pepperoni nothin fancy. But I scrolled through all the recipes and they don’t have any recipes for just plain pizza. Small annoyance but other than that it’s great. Also like how they have dessert pizza type things. 👍👍👍👍
