Apps worse than useless...
It's aggravatingly a waste of time and effort.

App doesn’t work. It says to create an account but there’s no direction , link or anything that takes you to create an account.
Missing account!
I downloaded the app and opened it, and it is showing “Missing account! There was no account provided. Please provide an account and try again!” And that’s it, there is no user interface (no button or text box or anything).
Washington State Locations not listed
There are only four location options listed all on the East coast.
App is broken
Charged me $60 but order did not go thru
App doesn’t work charged and no order to the store
I downloaded the app and tried to make an order. I received an error and it said the order may have gone through. I called the store, they didn’t receive the order and their only solution was to tell me to call my bank and dispute the charge, didn’t even offer to take my order over the phone. I never had up to this point and now I never will try pizza twist, deleted my account and this useless app that is now wasting my time to dispute a charge with my bank as their version of customer service instead of selling me pizza.

Neither the app or the website works and will kill this business
What a horrible way to start something out. The bare minimum of your business in these times is to make sure your site says up especially if your new. I don’t what the pizzas look like or the price and I’m not about to research it when there are many many many pizza places around Irving TX.
