Great food, terrible app
Pizzarelli are great and I totally recommend them, but the app is worse than useless. Forgets your order the moment you switch apps or lock your screen. Can't recover your order information after ordering, let alone track progress. Serves no useful purpose - just use the web app or call them up.
Really frustrating
Sadly this is a really badly designed app, and very frustrating to use. We tried to place a large order, when there was an issue with the payment, it cancelled everything and emptied the basket.
There was a bunch of non-sensical options on the app too, the whole thing was really annoying. In the end we had to phone the shop to place the order.
