The app is amazing I just wish I could add a comment such as needing my pizza well done each time. I have to go in to ask for that.
Add the option “Light cheese”
Your pizzas are by far the best, hands down. I just have one suggestion for the app. That is, to offer the option of Light cheese, of half the usual amount of mozzarella. You will do half if we order in person so it would be great if we could do that with the online ordering too! Please consider adding that choice - thanks!

Last time I ordered from Pizza Locale, the order was not picked up. I had a free pizza included and it was not added back to my account
Deceptive Rewards
They make you download the app in order to redeem your free pizza reward. However, in order to redeem, you have to place a minimum $10 order. None of the pizzas I can find are over $10 so it is impossible to redeem reward. Very deceptive business practices.

Promos not as advertised
Promo within app for $5 margarita pizza on Monday. Tried to schedule pickup for Monday on Sunday night but app tried to charge full price. Go into store on Monday and they tell me the promo is only available in the app. So I have to submit the Order via the app while standing in the store, then wait for my pizza to go to the top of their queue so it can be prepared. Waste of time.

The app is meh
Certainly not the worst app I’ve used but far from the best. It always wants me to open a link in an email instead of just letting me sign in. It would also be nice to be able to request some basic things like a well done pizza. The food is good, the app needs work.

Love the food, but why is ordering so difficult? I entered my email to sign in, then I’m directed back to my email to confirm it’s my email, then I’m directed back to the app.. why can’t I just type in my email and password and be done with it? Also, location request? I get it, but not necessary. I could go on, but you get the point. It’s pizza, make it easy.

Functional but ugly
They should have whoever made the chipotle app remake this app.
Needs some work
Kept suggesting the farthest away location to place an order. Every time I changed it, it would revert to a location 30 min away. Store could not cancel, refund or anything.
Update: they refunded the order and are looking into the issue. Once the location settings are resolve it should be a useful app. I will note that it took 2 weeks and 2 people to get the refund however.

Good pizza, garbage app
Sure, I like the pizza and get it regularly. But this app? It nags like crazy for my location—hardly needed to buy pizza. But what’s this? If I refuse to enable location data, the app keeps forcing me to what I assume is a default store. At first, I thought it was user error, but then, I use other ordering apps without trouble. So I checked with a test order and guess what? It borked my pickup location choice without any action from me (and in the location selection, the confirmation part is badly designed anyways—why two taps? Was I unclear). And why can’t I use Apple Pay, which I prefer from a security standpoint. Ordering is also needlessly complicated by demanding I make choices on each pizza instead of selecting defaults and asking me to change/clear/confirm.
Needed upgrades: fix location choice; stop nagging me for my location data, which is none of your business—ask once, then stop; allow me to set a default order location and make sure it isn’t broken; add Apple Pay, streamline options.
