About

Progress you can see, not just remember. In the gym it holds your last numbers, your presets and the rest timer, so logging a set is quick and stays out of your way. Afterwards it turns all of it into figures that show whether you are actually getting stronger. Visits and sets — Log a visit, add exercises, record every set with weight and reps — or duration and level for cardio. Last time's numbers are already in the fields, and shown above them, so you know what to beat before you start the set. Workout presets — Save a session as a preset and start the next visit from it, instead of rebuilding the same list every time. Exercise catalog — A curated catalog with equipment and muscle data, searchable in every language the app supports. Anything missing you add yourself, with its own equipment and muscles, and it sits in the catalog like the rest. Statistics — Top-set weight, session volume and estimated 1RM per exercise, plotted over time, so the graph shows plainly whether you are growing or have hit a plateau. Muscle map — A body map of your muscle groups, plus a heat mode that paints the week's heavy sets onto it — a neglected zone is visible before it becomes a problem. Rest timer — A countdown that keeps running whatever you do next, in the app or out of it, and alerts you when the rest is over. Workout summary — Finish a workout and a summary appears with records, first-evers and changes against last time — and the muscle groups it hit. You can open the summary for any past workout at any time. It lives on your phone, and it leaves in plain text. No account needed. Sync is opt-in, anonymous, and deliberately dull. 1.1.0

October 21, 2026

- Write to the developer from Settings → Feedback and support and read the answer in the app - Exercises show a photo of their machine - A running rest timer shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island - Sort exercises by when you last trained them - Search finds names typed in any word order - Workout summary sections fold, sheets close with a swipe on their content, and after an update the app shows what's new.
