App works
It took 4-5 minutes for it to down load, why, I can guess. Note to Developers: As a end user, make sure you have 10 firewalls due to the nature of your clients, you will be targeted and I do not want to be hacked!
App won’t load
Was excited to see the app in the App Store, but it won’t load?
Crashes every time app needs updating!
I was really excited about this app when i just found it because SAC has sac 311 and its a amazing app so i thought maybe this one would be similar but i couldn't even get the app to load at all. I'm very disappointed in placer county about this as I'm always normally so impressed with our county and the incredible services they used to have in years past. Seems like recently though placer has changed in a negative way and I'm not sure what's happened or if people have gotten lazy about things here now but i typically have much higher standards for placer county and the fact that now sac somehow has even a better app than us here is worse. Please fix this!

Crashes on iPhone, will not open
Doesn’t work/load.

Like everything else in Placer County these days, this app is super buggy. Open app and it crashes. Open it again, it crashes again. Delete app, start over.... it still crashes.
