Now Top Games seem to have disconnected Facebook accounts so lots of players have lost access to their bases so they can’t even play the game that they’ve spent money on! Absolutely shocking how Top Games have just dumped on so many people. Don’t trust their games. Don’t bother wasting your time or money on this, we’ve lost all support on the game, the developers won’t answer any mails, the items don’t arrive when purchased, the events aren’t even running and haven’t been since before Xmas 2023, it’s just gone downhill and no one is helping with any of the issues! The company don’t seem to care or want to know, there is no way to contact them to get any answers of what’s going on with the game, Apple and google can’t do anything about it apparently but they still allow them to sell packages that aren’t any good! You can’t move forward in the game because without the events you can’t gain enough items or resources to build or continue! Players have spent thousands on this game just to be dumped and left with nothing looking good for the future! They put all their efforts into Evony and have just abandoned us on POZ. It’s ridiculous how nothings been done in so long and we don’t have any support for the game at all! There isn’t any email address or contact details that actually work, many players have tried, and so many have left the game so the bare minimum is being achieved due to this. I try to mail them a few times a week and get no help at all and Apple and google haven’t really been any help as they can’t seem to get answers from the developers either.
The game has now started booting all Apple players off the game when you try to chat or share coordinates or whisper etc , it’s getting harder to play with no support at all from Top Games or Apple

Where are the events??
You can’t just leave us hanging here with no events! When are the events and mutants and all the reasons we plan this game coming back??
Game could be great. Customer service & Top games are rubbish
Top games took our money and then stopped providing any events. Some people spent thousands but they just stopped providing a varied game. I will never play a Top games offering ever again because they don’t care. They never engaged with us about what they were doing nor did they apologise for the downgrading of the player support. They cannot be trusted.

disappointment on the part of the devs
I'm disappointed, several of us players have been participating for 2 to 3 years and I feel like they let us down with the game problems.
This game had potential but developers killed it
This game was fun , until developers decided to do what they call a “test “ update that was made available to users of android but not ios. So now in pvp battle android players with no game savvy can decimate ios players due to the fact that they are able to use multiple heros/buffs on attack while ios can still only use one . Cs doest respond . Its a ripoff stay away .

Events lacking
It would seem top games has abandoned plague of z all together consuming events are non-existent wouldn’t waste time or money on this game as it stands right now .

Devs continue to create unfair game play between Android vs iPhone updates. Devs either lack the knowledge or effort to rectify glitches in the game, devs do not respond in a timely fashion and lack any accountability for the poor performance of the game. Every update creates a new issue that players are expected to be tolerant of.

Disappointing
Unfortunately the developers have abandoned the game. We haven’t had events for a couple of weeks, and support no longer responds.
Is anyone even monitoring this game, where are the developers?
Are there developers in this game??? Had no update for 4 months, no one is even responding to any tickets submitted! No events again this weekend !!! What is going on? No response from developers nothing at all…..

Devs are completely incompetent
The devs consistently have upgrades for android before iOS and releases them creating unfair gaming environment, updates are never properly checked prior to release creating horrible glitches that the devs are unable to resolve without creating more glitches, unless you are willing to purchase multiple packages you will not have stamina to even play the game.

game ok support zero
game play is fair if you can work around some poorly designed parts of layout, numerous glitches that developers drag feet in fixing, some recent game breaking exploits that some wont get compensation for for resources and speed ups while devs drag feet on a glitch they knew about over a week ago. so any one supporting a commander that got hit will loose out any compensation. thus game is nothing more then a pay to win money pit so if casual player RUN AWAY don't even get the app

An unreliable investment
Far too many bugs, glitches, lagging, and lost connections to make this a worthwhile investment of time and money.
Whole days will go by without you being able to log in, which has major consequences to your account and gameplay when you’re in the middle of a war.
Support is unresponsive, or at best, slow.
I regret having to leave the game, but I have to cut my losses.

Unplayable
Played this on an older iPad. As of today, it just crashes as soon as it loads. Every single time. The newest update is terrible. You have to build arsenal up if you want to use it— another cash grab from devs.

We appreciate the changing aspects of the game, however, there are some pressing issues that need fixing or all servers will be forced to boycott any spending indefinitely. We need you to hear us. We ask you fix the issues such as: iOS and android updates need to roll out the same time; fixing SVS rotation; the ongoing issues with battlefield and rewards from rallies; the merging of server 1. If these issues are not resolved by December 15th, all servers in the game will boycott any spending.

Game is a fraud they updated the game for android users only and completely ruins gameplay and fairness for Apple. Don’t waste money playing this
